Ton is responsible for the internal organization and finances of Via Zuid. Additionally, he coaches the creators of Via Zuid in the areas of operations management, concept development, and grant applications.

Joost Segers | Artistic Director

Joost is engaged with the artistic direction of Via Zuid. This includes scouting and selecting new creators, the artistic and content development of current Via Zuid creators, and co-developing concepts such as Sneak Peek, Winternights, and Talentlab.

Karlijn Pauw | Marketing & Communication

Karlijn is responsible for the marketing and communication of Via Zuid, but is also involved in the marketing and communication plans of various festivals, labs, and projects that Via Zuid is involved in.

For certain projects, the team at Via Zuid also collaborates with freelance project staff.
